Yesterday The Insider shared this very exciting piece of dumpling related news: It looks like iconic New York dim sum house Nom Wah Tea Parlor is going to be opening a location in Philadelphia. No timeline has been set yet but Nom Wah Philly is going to be located on 218 North 13th Street between Race and Vine. Timeline for this welcome addition to our dim sum scene is coming fall 2014.
