Big Big News: Volver Tickets Available March 12

Volver, Jose Garces' long awaited tasting menu only restaurant in the Kimmel Center is one step closer. Beginning on March 12th diners will be able to reserve their seats at Volver not through a reservation line but through online ticket sales. Although ticketed dining is a new concept for Philly, it's been around for a while, beginning in Chicago at Grant Achatz' Next and more recently in L.A. with the Ludo Lefevbre/Animal collab Trois Mec. More infor right this way:

Tickets to Volver will be available for parties of two, four and six and there will be two nightly seating. There's an eight course pre-theater menu for $75-$125 and a later, more elaborate twelve course option that ranges from $175-$250. Both options include tax, service charge and a choice of sparkling or still water.

With only 34 seats in the dining room tickets are bound to go quickly so we suggest bookmarking Volver's site and setting a reminder for March 12 to get your seats.
