George Sabatino burger tonight!

Burger Watch: Guest Chef Series at Rex 1516

This evening Justin Swain of Rex 1516 (1516 South St.) is welcoming George Sabatino into the kitchen for a guest appearance on the griddle. Sabatino's guest burger, dubbed Livin' la Vida Local, is topped with fresh cheese from Jersey cows, a heirloom green chile relish and some Green Aisle summer vegetable medley. Selling for $15 the Sabatino burger is getting paired with a classier take on a citywide staring Newbold IPA and a shot of Buffalo Trace.

Next Tuesday Jeremy Nolan of Brauhaus Schmitz and the soon to open Whetstone is stopping by and Swain's got Kevin Sbraga lined up for the 26th.
