Change Ups: A New Chef at Stateside
The Stateside chef saga continues...

Kevin D'Egidio didn't have to go far for his new executive chef gig at Stateside (1536 E. Passyunk Ave.). It's just three blocks north from his former station at Will to the fountain-front whiskey bar, where he replaces Elijah Milligan, who--keep up with me now--took over in the wake of George Sabatino's departure and was cooking interesting food until his untimely arrested in October. (Charges were dismissed earlier this month.) D'Egidio, the Insider reports, is introducing French-backboned dishes like za'atar-spiced duck confit over lentils, squash-and-chickpea panisse and sausage-stuffed quail. If you've tried Stateside 3.0, holler in the comments and let us know how it was.
