Serious coming to the Ritz-Carlton?

Collabs: BrisketTown coming to 10 Arts

Smoked meat fanatic/Philly expat Daniel Delaney of Brooklyn's BrisketTown is coming back to town this Thursday, August 7th for an unlikely collaboration dinner at 10 Arts (10 S. Broad St.). The restaurant of the fancy pants Ritz-Carlton is the last place you'd expect to see Central Texas-style smoked meats popping up but we're not mad. BrisketTown and it's Manhattan satellite, SmokeLine have won raves from New York and Texas based barbecue experts alike.

The brisket pop-up is the first in a series of Tasting Series collaboration dinners. Look out for five course with wine pairings (Delaney is a fan of finding barbecue-perfect wines) plus a dessert featuring bourbon ice cream. Although tickets are extremely limited (only ten seats are available) the dinner is going to be casual with 10 Arts China and crystal swapped out for butcher paper and metal trays. Reserve your spot by calling 215-523-8000.
