Gluten-free folks, mark those calanders for October 2nd.

Collabs: Gluten-Free Dinner with Eli Kulp and Mark Ladner

Back in June we told you about Pasta Flyer, the gluten-free pasta concept from Del Posto chef and pasta pro Mark Ladner. Well the project is funded and ready to roll, great news for all of the celiacs out there. Ladner is bringing his gluten-free pasta game to Philly for a test run on Thursday, October 2nd at High Street on Market (308 Market St.) beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Why High Street? Well, Ladner and High Street chef Eli Kulp spent some time together in the kitchen of Del Posto a few years back and the two are going to be cooking a collaborative dinner later that evening at Fork (306 Market St.) beginning at 5:30 on that same evening. No word yet on the menu but it's definitely going to be free of gluten and you can expect plenty of dishes inspired by the two chefs time together at Del Posto. Fingers crossed for 100-layer lasagna.
