
Collabs: Pizza Brain and Cheu Teaming Up
And there's ice cream!

Looks like team Pizza Brain and the Cheu Noodle Bar dudes are working on a collaboration pie. We spotted a few pics of the katsuobushi-topped pie this morning on Instagram. Katsuobushi is dried, fermented and smoked skipjack tuna. You might be familiar with it's less expensive counterpart, bonito flakes. The pizza is rolling out on the third Thursday in February and we're hearing that Little Baby's has an Asian-accented ice cream in the works too.
