[ 8/29 ] Yet another show at the Church came and went in a blaze of fury and hardcore goodness. To end the month of August, Iowa’s Modern Life is War packed a punch with tracks like “Chasing my Tail” and “Fuck the Sex Pistols”, with a plethora of stage dives and moshing to enjoy. Jabs and roundhouse kicks were supported by moody yet tortured Self Defense Family, DC’s flower power guys Give, Land of Blood and Sunshine, and Delaware boys Ringfinger.
