Concert Review/Photos: Pinback @ Union Transfer
Late '90s/early '2000s chill vibage of the Cali variety.
[ 9/12 ] For late ’90s/early ’2000s chill vibage of the Cali variety, Philadelphians headed to Union Transfer last Friday. The tunes of Summer in Abaddon and Blue Screen Life filled the Spring Garden spot, where college indie-ites and diehard old heads gathered to bask in the eerie yet calming teal light, an accompanying slideshow of black and white movie clips on loop behind the band. Opening band was Tera Melos, also hailing from Cali that are v math-y, v jazzy and all around rad went it comes to pedal-heavy indie. Check out X'ed Out that dropped last year via Sargent House.
