After plenty of delays the Cheesecake Factory is on the way.

Demo: Cheesecake Factory at 15th and Walnut

There's some major demolition happening on the corner of 15th and Walnut right about now. The building cleared out its tenants Lush, Miga, Elixr, Panache and Bank of America a while back is currently being torn down to make way for a shiny new Cheesecake Factory. In February 2013 The Insider reported that the demolition was slated to take place in March 2013 with a scheduled opening in fall of 2014. Since the demo was pushed back by nearly a solid year, it looks like we're going to have to wait a little longer for Buffalo Blasts and slices of banana cream cheesecake.
