Dinner Plans: Spring Canning Dinner at High Street

Continuing their series of totally amazing Tuesday night pre fixe collaboration dinners, tonight Eli Kulp is welcoming Marisa McClellan of Food In Jars to High Street on Market (308 Market St.). For tonight's friends and family dinner McClellan and Kulp are teaming up for a spring canning menu designed to introduce diners to the wide world of canning. "The hope is to show people how one can incorporate preserves into foods beyond toast and yogurt," McClellan told Meal Ticket. Dinner starts at 9 p.m. and is a total bargain at $25 for four courses.
