Drinking Plans: Summer of Rosé at Barclay Prime
#yeswayrose

When talking about steakhouse drinking selections tend to veer more towards martinis, scotches and pricey bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon. But this summer Barclay Prime (237 S. 18th St.) is taking a much more lighthearted approach to wine pairing with their newly introduced Summer of Rosé.
General manager Jason Ferris has lined up a list of ten rosés, both new world and old, to highlight the food-friendliness and versatility of these easy summertime sippers. Ranging in hue from pale blush to deep magenta, Ferris's selections are just as at home with a seafood plateau and beef tartare as they do with say, a dry aged New York Strip. All ten rosés are available by the glass and by the bottle all summer long.
