Finnigan's Wake price tag falls to $4.5 million

If anyone's interested in buying Finnigan's Wake — I've daydreamed about doing it just to change the fifth letter from an i to an e — it looks like the owners have knocked $500,000 off the price tag for the epicenter of bro-bar-dom since it was initially listed for sale at $5 million last September

Fantastic opportunity to own an Iconic piece of Philadelphia History. FINNIGAN'S WAKE. ... Currently a thriving 3 story restaurant/Catering establishment with a lower basement level that contains additional pub with dining area.

They also mention the two hard-won permissions Finnigan's current owners extracted from the city over lots of NoLibs protests and petitions as a selling point:

Bill #120395 has given Bodine St. has vacated parcel for the City and is permitted for outdoor seating Bill #120396 has given a permitted ability to allow balconies/ability to deck the rooftop for the next owner... and very much more.
