First Looks: Palladino's
What is a Corngasm?

Last night the Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Cooperation hosted a little get together for neighbors to meet Luke Palladino, the chef/owner taking over 1934 E. Passyunk Avenue and transforming the former cheesesteak spot into a fancy pants steakhouse. Passyunk Post got their hands on some rendering of the purposed reno.
Palladino is planning on some pretty serious renovations as you can see from the rendering above. The steakhouse is going to seat 80 people inside, 40 on the sidewalk patio and has plans for a full bar as well as a sizable neon sign.
If the menu at LP Steak in Northfield, New Jersey is any indication the Passyunk Avenue outpost is going to feature steakhouse classics like filets and prime ribs with choose your own sauces and sides plus some Palladino twists like an Anti Wedge Salad and something called a Corngasm.
