Goodbye sad stadium pizza.

Game Day: Pizzeria Vetri

The edible offerings were already pretty spot on at Lincoln Financial Field with local favorites like Schmitters from McNally's Tavern, Tony Luke's cheesesteaks, Crab Fries via Chickie's & Pete's and plenty of craft beer flowing. This year they're upping the ante with two satellite outposts of Pizzeria Vetri serving up brick oven-fired pizza.

Pizzeria Vetri is going to be serving up thick square sausage and margherita slices as well as a new rotolo stuffed with sopressata, ricotta and marinara sauce. Paesano's is going to be joining Vetri with upmarket game day sandwiches like the classic brisket-horseradish-prov-fried-egg Paesano and the Chicken Diavolo with salami, broccoli rabe and herb cheddar spread.

Other new additions to Linc eats include lots of places to get Rita's and Dunkin' Donuts because nothing says football like water ice and coffee, right?
