Higher Education: Philly Chef Conference Coming to Drexel
So you want to be a chef?

Mark your calendars, folks, the first annual Philly Chef Conference is happening on January 13th and 14th and it's going to be good. Mike Traud, the program director of Drexel's excellent hospitality program has organized two full days of panels, how-tis, tutorials, demos and, well, pretty much everything restaurant-related from a serious crew of Philadlephia food folks.
Expect heavy hitters like Mike Solomonov, Eli Kulp, Joe Cicala and and Joncarl Lachman to drop knowledge on subjects ranging from opening your own BYOB, pasta-making and real world jobs in the culinary sector.
Unfortunately this event is reserved for in the biz folks only. Head on over to Philly Chef Conference's site to grab your two day passes ASAP, they went on sale at noon today.
