Because limited edition ice cream is a thing.

Ice Cream Intel: The Great Ice Cream Auction at Little Baby's

Die hard ice cream fanatics, listen up: Next Friday, March 7th at 8 p.m., Little Baby's (2311 Frankford Ave.) is hosting their first ever ice cream auction and it's gonna be good. They've excavated a ton of limited edition flavors from their freezer and are offering them to the public on auction.

If you're well-versed in the weird world of Little Baby's, you probably can imagine that these limited edition flavors are pretty much mind-blowing. Some are left over from collaborations like PYNK, a tart berry ale ice cream made with Yards Brewing and Federal Donut Pumpkin Spice Latte, some are retired from the Little Baby's roster (think Maryland BBQ and Pumpkin Curry) and a few like Spicy Mustard and Green Apple Garlic, well, we're not sure where they came from. Oh, and there's promises of Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup ice cream, if the Little Baby's folks can find it. Full auction line up right here

If you plan on attending the auction just make sure to bring a cooler. The ice cream on offer is packed in large format containers and ready to make your weird ice cream party dreams come true.
