Industry Night Intel: Le Virtu at Amis

A late night buffet celebrating all things offal.
It's the first Monday of the month and that means Industry Night courtesy of the good folks at the Vetri Family. For this edition of Industry Night the party is moving back to its original digs at Amis (412 S. 13th St.) and chef Brad Spence and company are welcoming Joe Cicala of Le Virtu fame for a feast celebrating what the Italians call the fifth quarter i.e. offal. We haven't gotten our hands on the official menu yet buy earlier this afternoon Cicala teased some good looking' pork brain filled ravioli in pig's bolod pasta.
As always, the party starts at 10 p.m., drinks are cheap and the buffet is free. All you have to do is bring a pay stub to prove your FOH/BOH cred.
