Just a quick heads up if you're a fan of both ramen and Instagram - Ben Puchowitz and Shawn Darragh, the dudes behind our favorite inauthentic noodle joint, Cheu Noodle Bar (255 S. 10th St.) are on an R&D trip to Japan.
