Do you appreciate art? Do you LOVE butts? Do you believe there's no such thing as too many puns? Do you think cyborgs are totally bitchin'? Of course you do! Well you're in luck, because you are no longer living in a dark world devoid of colorful renderings of glorious gluteals. Writer Josh Kraus is teaming up with 30 artists to bring us a collection of illustrations that take place in an alternate universe...a universe of butts. Kraus was tired of hearing people refer to large items or ideas as "big ass [blank]" and trying to envision what that would look like. So he decided to come up with some sample phrases, such as "Big Ass Fairy Tale", "Big Ass Boy Band" and "Big Ass Miracle" (that's Jesus turning water into...butts.) and commission illustrators to bring them to life in Big Ass Rainbow: An Art Book About Butts.

And then, Kraus Kickstarted his idea. For now, the campaign is about halfway funded with one week to go and the goal will pay for 10 illustrations to appear in an abbreviated Big Ass Rainbow book that can then be shopped around for a full blown 30-illustration butt book. Donation pledges range from $5 for a thank you to $1,000 for an illustration featuring and inspired by YOU and YOUR butt! One week and counting y'all...
