La Colombe Bird Update: Freedom!

Yesterday I wrote a little thing on the cute little bird who somehow snuck into La Colombe at 15th and Chestnut. At the time, I praised its smarts, escaping the polar vortex like that. But then it couldn't get out.
Today I'm happy to report that, thanks to quick-witted barrista Katrina, the bird is free. Katrina saw the bird resting on a potted plant and grabbed it in her hands. After giving the poor thing some water she sent it on its way.
