Lunch Plans: $14 Prix Fixe at Tria Taproom

In search of lunch plans beyond the corner deli or make your own salad spot? The folks at Tria Taproom (2005 Walnut St.) are rolling out a good lookin' two curse prix fixe beginning today for $14. Here's a look at the menu:

First Course

Yellow Tomato Gazpacho with cucumbers, grapes and crispy arugula
Grilled Mozzarella Salad with tomato, arugula and corn panzanella
Chilled Asparagus with vegetable fritto mist and Meyer lemon dressing
Heirloom Tomato and Cucumber Salad with frisee, feta creme, black olive oil and basil

Second Course

Grilled Peach and Goat Cheese Salad with radicchio, spinach, red onion, almonds and aged balsamic
Saison-Battered Fish Tacos with cabbage, pico de gallo and avocado cream
Grilled Lamb Merguez Sausage with chickpea argue, baby carrots, green beans and feta
Chicken Cobb with romaine, gorgonzola, tomato, egg, almonds, bacon, onion and buttermilk

Of course the $14 menu comes with your choice of beverage including draft sodas like Victory root beer or Sprecher's cream soda or passionberry iced tea or Rival Brothers coffee but taking a look at Tria's killer draft line up today, we suggest you go with something off menu.
