The ballet announced this morning that Mayor Nutter would be appearing in a walk-on role in Sunday's matinee performance of Coppélia at the Academy of Music:
For one performance only – Mayor Michael A. Nutter joins the cast of Coppélia! Mayor Nutter is scheduled, ever appropriately, to play the role of "The Mayor" on Sunday, March 16 at 2 p.m. During Act I, he greets all of the villagers gathered in the square to announce a festival and observes their dancing.
Of course, he is not going to dance, but we're eight years old and it's a Friday, so we present to you: Mayor Nutter's head photoshopped onto the body of a ballerina. You are welcome.
