A big round of applause for Nick Elmi, ladies and gentlemen. Last night our very own Elmi took the title of Top Chef on the finale of what was a very solid 11th season. With the help of a trio of sous chefs (including local talent/hair-inspiration, Jason Cichonski) Elmi took home the $125,000 prize, narrowly beating out the competition, Nina Compton.
Of course, there's another reason that this is a big week for Elmi — Craig LaBan is weighing in on Elmi's new East Passyunk BYO this weekend. Good luck, Nick! We're hoping for a second win on Sunday, too.
