Opening Intel: A New Project from Starr and Olexy

It's about a year out but this is pretty great news.
With Thursday's first Icepack-in-Print of the New Year I dropped an exclusive about the next collaboration between restaurant entrepreneur Stephen Starr and his Talula's Garden Aimee Olexy's next partnership – a Frankford Avenue mega-space with a huge outdoor component that would open by 2014's end. A little hunting and pecking shows that the actual address is an extra wide spot at 1526 Frankford, two blocks away from Todd Carmichael's upcoming La Colombe rum-and-coffee salon (1335) and three blocks up from Starr's 1200 block takeover of Frankford Avenue that is Fette Sau and Frankford Hall. The property, like everything else along that block at one time or another, was a warehouse. No word yet on culinary concept, but we're hearing its going to be very casual.
