New Mexican diner coming to Washington Avenue West.
It looks like Washington Avenue west is getting another dining option courtesy of Jill Weber and Evan Mallone, the duo behind South Street spots Jet Wine Bar and Rex 1516. The Insider caught word that they are bringing Cafe Ynez, a Mexican diner and cafe to NextFab Studio, a prototyping facility and community outreach center (if you're a little unsure of what that means, please redirect here for more info).
Weber and Mallone are enlisting the help of Jet Wine Bar chef JC Piña who will be creating breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner menus plus rotisserie chicken and tamales.
