What's on the menu at Gaslight?

Openings: Illuminating the Menu at Gaslight

Today, Foobooz has the full menu for the Gaslight, the Old City bar that Ela chef/Top Chef eliminee, Jason Cichonski is opening "soon". The carte is broken down into categories like Chips & Dips (charred eggplant salsa with za'atar creme fraiche, whipped foie with Earl Grey raisins), Small Bites (grilled caesar, skate ribs, obligatory pickle board) and [insert groan here] "Sam'iches." That word is awful but I do like the sound of the lamb meatloaf, served hot or cold on request. Cichonski will do wings four different ways: "old-school hot," Thai sesame, whiskey-caramel mustard and chipotle-tamarind. And entrees will include spaghetti Bolognese, short ribs and salmon. Sound great, but it leaves us wondering: What about the drinks?
