Intel on the 80s inspired menu!

Openings: Kevin Sbraga's Juniper Commons

Here's a sneak peek at the opening menu for Juniper Commons, Kevin Sbraga's ode to the 80s opening at 521 S. Broad Street this fall. The 80s theme that had us totally intrigued from the get go isn't quite as over the top as we were imagining but there are going to be housemade wine coolers on the cocktail menu (plus a pretty serious gin line up) and riffs on popular Regan era plates like baked stuffed flounder, beef burgundy and chocolate seven layer cake. Oh and no doubt there will be plenty of Lionel Richie and Chicago classics on the playlist.

Smoked Fish Platter

with salmon, whitefish terrine, bluefish, lentil salad, and housemade black bread

Fries with Eyes

beef fat fries with Cherry Pepper Aioli, Pecorino

Cesar Salad

prepared tableside with housemade croutons and dressing

Eggplant Parmesan

rings of panko-crusted eggplant topped with marinara sauce, locatelli, and parsley

Rotisserie Chicken

served with Marsala sauce and herb bouquet

Wood Roasted Prime Rib

cooked on the rotisserie and served with ox tail au jus and roasted garlic
