Passyunk Post is reporting that the eye-catching warehouse on the corner of 10th and Watkins Streets in South Philly is going to the site of a new BYO. The building, decked out in a psychedelic inside and outside mosaic courtesy of owner/artist Isaac Zagar. P'yunk Post is saying that he's in the market for a Mexican partner to team up with for the project.
According to a post on South Philly Barbacoa's Facebook page, the team behind SPB is going to be at Neumann-Goretti on January 22 with an informal proposal for the project.
