Believe it or not Dilworth Park, the $55 million renovation of the plaza at City Hall is slated to open on September 4th. Today we heard some very good news via Foobooz, Jose Garces is bringing Rosa Blanca Cafe to the park. This is excellent news for a whole bunch of reasons: Cuban sandwiches! Mojitos! Stumbling distance to City Paper HQ! Mojitos! Did we mention Mojitos?
Just like the Chestnut Street location Rosa Blanca Cafe is going to be open straight through for Cuban-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner.
