Pistola's numero dos coming to Fishtown,
Looks like everyone's favorite Rittenhouse beer bar, Jose Pistola's is opening a second outpost in Fishtown. The Insider is saying that owners Casey Parker and Joe Gunn are joining forces with new chef Adan Trinadad and taking over the Girard and Leonard corner that was home to the short-live Bubba's Texas BBQ.
The new location is going to be called Sancho Pistola's and the plan is a modern Mexican menu similar to Jose's plus a raw bar and extensive tequila and mescal menus. Expect a pre-Super Bowl opening date.
