13th and Chancellor restaurant mystery solved.
Back in June we told you about Sylva Senat's relocation to Newport News, Virginia. When Adam Erace spoke to Senat he dropped some details about an "upcoming signature chef-driven project." Well, it looks like Senat will be back in town sooner rather than later.
The Insider is saying that Senat is taking over the Letto Deli space, a prime location at 13th and Chancellor. The long empty store has been considered by big names like Garces and Starr but nothing ever materialized. The 13th Street project is a while off with plans to tear down the deli and rebuild the new restaurant space from the ground up. No word yet on concept or timeline. We'll keep you posted!
