So many restaurant openings...
The Insider put together a comprehensive list of restaurant openings beginning today (Independence Beer Garden this afternoon at 4 p.m.) and stretching to "beyond" (think Royal Izakaya, the Japanese spot that's been on our radar for coming up on three years now).
Head on over to hear about the latests openings from the Vedge crew, V Street, a vegan street food spot, Lo Spiedo, Vetri's venture into the Navy Yard, Big Gay Ice Cream (self explanatory) and a handful of New York imports like Calexico and Bon Chon Korean fried chicken. Oh and about a billion others.
Long story short: 2014-2015 is shaping up to be quite the year for restaurant openings.
