Steve Laurence's Vegan Commissary officially opens today at 1703 South 11th St., and we spied the place having their sign going up on Christmas Eve. Looks good. So does the menu, which Foobooz posted and features butternut gnudi, poacher pear salad and za'atar eggplant to chimichurri trumpet mushrooms.
