Philadelphia Business Journal gets torrid
The sexy, sexy world of acquisitions and mergers.

tor·rid adjective \ˈtȯr-əd, ˈtär-\
: very hot and usually dry
: showing or expressing very strong feelings especially of sexual or romantic desire
: very difficult, uncomfortable, or unpleasant

(Actually, PBJ did also call the New Jersey office-building real estate market torrid in a 2007 headline. So this is the second torrid headline.)
