Straight outta Napoli.
 
                                            	Brigantessa (1520 E. Passyunk Ave.), the pizzeria-enoteca-birreria from the Le Virtu crew is one step closer to opening - their brand new Gianni Acunto oven was delivered today. The shiny red wood-fired oven was made in Napoli, the same place where Le Virtu chef Joe Cicala is a pizza intensive earlier this year and got his VPN certification. With one very successful pizza pop up down and rumors of buffalo milk gelato circulating, Brigantessa cannot open soon enough.
