"Han Dynasty's translation of the cuisine has a thick American accent." Ouch.
 
                                            	This week The New York Times' Pete Well reviewed the new East Village outpost of our very own Han Dynasty. Short story? He was totally not into it. Comparing Han's take on Sichuan to the sugar and MSG heavy fare found at your corner Chinese takeaway joint. Check out the full report here, but before getting mad, it's probably best to know that while Han is one of a comparatively tiny handful of Sichuan options in Philly, New York has had way more established options that have been around way before Han opened in Old City.
