Chinese tapas for Chinese New Year? Sure!

No Libs tapas spot Bar Ferdinand (1030 N. 2nd St.) might not be the first place that springs to mind when planning your celebratory Year of the Horse meal tonight but in typical David Ansill fashion, well, why not?
Tonight he's rolling out a seven course, $45 dollar a person Chinese tapas tasting with all sorts of China meets Spain touches and the menu looks great. Think General Tso's sweetbreads with Chinese broccoli, a pupu platter with shrimp toast, egg rolls and teas eggs and an egg tart with green tea ice cream for dessert. Check out the full menu right this way.
