Limited edition, custom blended in Quakertown.
The whiskey-lovin' folks at Time (1315 Sansom St.) have teamed up with Quakertown's PA Private Label Spirits to craft their very own house rye. In preparation for the blend, the crew, including owner Jason Evenchik and chef Sean Magee headed out to Quakertown and tasted their was through PA Private Label Spirits various spirits before settling two ryes for the blend, one aged a year-and-a-half and the other for six-and-a-half years.
There are only 100 bottles of Time's custom blended rye so we suggest heading over there sooner rather than later to try it out.
