Woman suing Art Museum after tripping on walkway
And she actually appears to be the most interesting woman in Philadelphia. (She dated LeVar Burton!)

A woman is suing the Art Museum for $75,000 after she fell outside the museum and injured herself last year, according to the Pennsylvania Record:
At about 10 in the morning on that day, the complaint says, [Winter] Chatman was walking on the northwest terrace to the rear of the museum when, suddenly and without warning, she tripped and fell due to broken and uneven slate walkway.
The incident allegedly caused the museum patron to sustain multiple bruises, contusions, nerve damage and other injuries to her neck, left shoulder, knees, left hip, left foot and head.
We initially started trying to figure out who Chatman was to figure out her age (it seemed relevant to the lawsuit — she appears to be her late 50s) and because the initial headline for this post was "Tourist trips on Art Museum, sues."
The Record has Chatman as being from Duluth, Georgia and refers to her as "a Georgia woman." But she appears to be the same person as the Winter Chatman who spent most of her life in Northwest Philly, does makeup for films and weddings in Philly (she was mentioned as having a Center City makeup studio in a 2009 Inquirer article on hi-def makeup) and in 2010 held a fundraiser in Mount Airy.
She also appears to be the same Winter Chatman from Philly who at one point was engaged to LeVar Burton while he was shooting Roots in Georgia, was a songwriter in L.A. and babysat for legendary agent Robert Stigwood.
So... that's it, really. This is less of a news item and more of a college-student-assed "Wow, random people are so interesting, all the time!" observation. (Also, that if you have an unusual name, your life is kind of an open book.) We gotta try to get a drink with this lady at some point.
