In the tiny, bucolic enclave of Deerfield, Mass., Frances and Mary Allen taught themselves to take photographs. The resulting exhibit, "A Moment in Time: Photographs by the Allen Sisters, 1885-1920," is a document of turn-of-the-century America, its social conventions and country life. Cabaret
