What bothered you about MTVís VMAs -- that slow-film effect, not enough shots of Madonna frenching Britney -- didnít bug me. What did bother me was that when Good Charlotte won the Viewerís Choice award, they didnít thank their manager, Phillyís Mike Martinovich. Dag.
