Ahoy: Garces sets sail

It looks as though reopening the Olde Bar at Bookbinders isn't Jose Garces' only nautical move for 2015. Canada.com is reporting that the Iron Chef is rolling out two new restaurants and a bar on the Escape, Norwegian's largest cruise ship based in Miami. The new concepts are rolling out in November 2015 and are well inside Garces' wheelhouse. The first is Sugarcane Mojito Bar serving up (you guessed it...) mojitos and live music before leading into Bayamo by Jose Garces, a seafood-centric spot offering up tastes of the namesake coastal Cuban town. Also on board is Pincho Tapas Bar, a Spanish small plates spot a la Amada and Tinto.
