Looks like three-bell chef Rob Marzinsky is moving on from Fitler Dining Room (2201 Spruce St.). Marzinsky began working at Pub & Kitchen back in 2011 and then moved on to take over the kitchen at The Diving Horse in Avalon before becoming the opening head chef at Filter Dining Room in March of 2013. No word yet on Marzinsky's next move but with talent like that we've got nothing but high hopes for him.
