To celebrate their first cookbook, New German Cooking, Jeremy and Jessica Nolen are hosting a book release party at Brauhaus Schmitz (718 South St.) on Wednesday, February 4th from 6 to 9 p.m. In addition to getting your copy of New German Cooking signed by the Nolens there will be light appetizers on the menu as well as samples of recipes included in the book. Fingers crossed for golden brown bone-in pork chip schnitzelsweet-and-sour picked trout rollmops.
