Okay folks, mark your calendars: The next collaboration dinner at Isaiah Zagar's studio space is happening on Monday, March 9th. The first one was a rousing success featuring food from South Philly barbacoa, chef Lucio Palazzo and Vetri's Justino Jimenez plus heirloom corn from Brooklyn's Masienda and live music from the founder of the Center City Jazz Festival. The second dinner in the series is welcoming chefs Damon Menapace of Kensington Qaurters and Kristina Huber of Erdenheim Farm and South Philly Barbacoa will be returning with their totally amazing lamb and consomme. Tickets are $50 and include dinner and drinks in a truly magical space. We'd highly recommend reserving your spots at the dinner ASAP, tickets sold out lightning quick last time around.
