Lunch plans, plus free dessert, today at Chima.

Free Stuff: Dessert at Chima

Chima, the Brazilian steakhouse at 1901 JFK Blvd., recently rolled out a killer $25 lunch deal. It's basically an open invitation to all-you-can-eat skewers of chicken, salmon and so much beef carved-to-order, tableside. That $25 also gets you access to one of the best stocked salad bars in town, a sprawling setup where vegetables are only the beginning. There are slices of prosciutto, cheeses, salamis, beef carpaccio, endive with chunks of gorgonzola plus about a billion more options. So basically, for $25 you can stay and eat as much as you'd like from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., a two and a half hour window in which some serious damage can be done.

So, why are we telling you about Chima's lunch deal today? Well, in honor of National Dessert Day (yes, that's a thing) Chima's giving away that lovely caramel cream with plum sauce pictured up there to every customer that mentions it.
