Walk ins this week, reservations next.

Openings: Brigantessa

Brigantessa (1520 East Passyunk Ave.) , the second spot from the Le Vitru crew quietly opened last week and now, since they're live on OpenTable, it's official. Look out for house-cured and imported salumi by weight, snacks like guinea hen terrine with chestnuts, pistachio and cherry mostarda and plenty of wood fired fare - think whole roasted dorade with fingerling potatoes and castelvetrano olives. And if you recall our feature on Joe Cicala's pizza making pilgrimage to Italy a few months back, you'll probably want to check out at least a few of their Neapolitan style pizzas while you're at it. Eater got their hands on the full menu, check it out right here.
