"Drink, dance, dine and deviate" is quite the slogan.

Openings: Franky Bradley's

Mark Bee, the man behind Silk City and North 3rd is debuting his latest, Franky Bradley's (1320 Chancellor St.) tomorrow. Located in the former Sisters spot, Bee has rehabbed the bar into an restaurant, music venue and nightclub. The menu reads American bar fare with go-to like French onion soup and a beet and goat cheese salad plus a burger and mac and cheese and a selection of entrees like a cider-braised lamb shank and a bone-in ribeye with butter poached leek mashed potatoes. On the drinks side of things there's a short and sweet cocktail menu that marries classics (think Hemingway daiquiris) with house cocktails like the New American, a beer cocktail with Rittenhouse rye, lime, mint and black IPA. Wines are reasonably priced and mostly old world with bottles ranging from $36 to $52 and the beer list runs the high-low gamut from $3 High Lifes to an $11 bottle of Vanderghinste Oud Bruin sour. Decor is looking barroom noir with dark wood paneling, vintage lamps and unique touches like the dollar bill portrait of Pam Grier pictured above.
