A no-tip brasserie and a new spot for Cubanos.

Openings: Girard and Latin Flavor

Two good looking openings going down this weekend: First up, we have Philadelphia's premier service included brasserie and bruncherie, Girard (300 E. Girard Ave.) The menu is heavily French influenced with affordable prix fixe options for brunch ($23 for a drink, main and side) and lunch and dinner ($31 for a starter, main and dessert). The BYO is also offering up a menu of creative mixers for sparkling wine, vodka and beer, coffee from Elixr and a mocktail menu. Check out the opening menu right here.

Latin Flavor is serving dishes from Puerto Rico, Salvador and Cuba beginning today (via The Insider). Located at 627 South St., Latin Flavor has a walk-up steam table to choose from hot dishes, as well as a press for making Cubanos.
